Another apology

I have now spent several hours trying to access my Picasa account to upload photos to use in my blog at an exhorbitant price per minute. I keep getting dumped into Google Account Settings with no way to get out of it. If I find another way to get photos into my blog, I will resume posting. Oddly, I also seem somehow to wind up at Google.to which appears to be Google Tonga. I would welcome any suggestions via regular email (not comments here).
